More than 150 women received psychological assistance

In this summer we started program on " free psychological assistance for women affected COVOD-lockdown".

During the period of the project, the work of specialists contributed to the strengthening of the mental health of women affected during the quarantine period. 150 women of Ingushetia received free psychological assistance. With severe cases, where necessary, specialists carried out two or three consultations. In 150 women, stress levels decreased, mental health improved, self-esteem and self-confidence increased. Women were able to get out of a depressive state by analyzing their own problems, finding ways to solve them, and were also able to evaluate interpersonal conflicts from the side for their best resolution. Most of the requests were for obsessive-compulsive disorders and, to a lesser extent, for panic attacks. Reasons: the majority of women have anxiety from different expectations and reality, from domestic violence, from pressure and aggression in the family. More than 90 women were unable to make an appointment due to the limited hours of free consultations.
